Important: What Your Selected Design Includes;

Charms and keychain add-ons are included ONLY when you select a design that includes them:

- Bow With Charm: Includes a charm only.
- Keychain Add-on only: Includes a keychain add-on only.
- Bow Keychain & Charm: Includes both a keychain add-on and a charm.

If you do not select one of these designs, your order will NOT include a charm or keychain add-on. Selecting a charm color or add-on option alone does not include that item—you must also select the matching style.

Please note:

- Because each keychain is custom handmade to order, no two pieces are exactly alike. Subtle variations in bead shades and charm placement give your finished piece a unique, one-of-a-kind character.
- Each piece follows your chosen color theme, but the exact bead order may shift to best complement the letters in your custom name. For instance, a pink-and-green design might start with pink on one custom piece and green on another.

A little note before you order: Since each item is handmade, keychain rings, paracord, letter beads, charms, add-ons, and other beads may vary slightly in size and thickness. Colors may also vary slightly and are not guaranteed to be exact matches. When a specific color is requested, items will remain within the same color family. For example, different shades or tones of red may be used rather than an exact match. Please keep in mind that colors can appear differently depending on your phone, computer, or device screen settings. Additionally,due to limited letter color availability, specific colors cannot be selected for individual letters. For example, you would not be able to request a blue “R,” and we are unable to follow exact letter color patterns(example: red, blue, red, blue). However, we will keep the letter colors within your selected letter bead color palette so the overall design coordinates nicely.

We want to make your keychain to your liking. Please be sure to double-check before submitting your order.

We do not accept returns due to the handmade nature of our products. Please FULLY review the descriptions and images before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding and support!
