Cancellation policy

Preorders

Preorder items are products offered for purchase before they are ready to ship. Full payment is collected at checkout.

The estimated shipping date or shipping window will be displayed on the product page before purchase. Any other items ordered with a preorder may ship together when the preorder is ready unless otherwise stated.

Preorder Cancellations

Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible if you need to cancel a preorder.

Before production or preparation begins, an approved preorder cancellation will receive a full refund.

After production or preparation has begun and we have sent a “We’ve started working on your order” email, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. If approved, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Preorders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Delays

If we cannot ship your preorder within the promised shipping window, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate.

You may agree to the updated shipping date or cancel the delayed preorder for a full refund. No cancellation fee will apply when we cannot meet the promised shipping window.

Cancellations by Our Shop

If we cannot fulfill a preorder or must cancel it, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. No cancellation fee will apply.

Changes to Preorders

Contact us promptly if you need to request a change to your preorder. Changes are not guaranteed after production or preparation has begun and may affect the estimated shipping date.

Customer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
